If your organizer arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at stowvela@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or video if relevant. We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
